   Pros

   I accept worked in the Talent manufacture for a very long time. Barbizon is ane of my favorite companies I take been a part of. They accept terrific mentorship and growth potential. Stiff leadership and support. They are clear well-nigh expectations and are perpetually recognizing a task well done! Upper management sincerely wants to see employees grow and succeed! Barbizon is an educational activity based program. I respect the fact that the students are the focus. Barbizon constantly strives to give students the best of the best from curriculum updates to staff to placement. Only an overall skilful civilization and environment.

   Cons

   My con in not so much with Barbizon as it is the industry in general. The Model and Acting industry can exist glamorous but information technology is likewise hard work. It is very much image based and you only leave of information technology what you put into it! It requires you lot to be flexible and versatile.

   They stand behind yous is all situations. The management team is always easy to get in touch with. The chore itself is amazing! The kids are always great and the directors are all so wonderful

   Some of the directors at a piffling disorganized which makes working a little difficult.

   I started out equally an Instructor at Barbizon 9 years ago and I am now a Regional Training Managing director. Barbizon is a company where y'all can grow. If you enjoy working with kids this is a good company to work for. Information technology is very rare that someone can wake up everyday and do something that they love simply I can say that I honey working for Barbizon.

   Cons

   A con would exist the work-life residual because I usually travel on the weekends. If you like to travel then this is the job for y'all.

   I went through the programme when I was very immature and I've been working with Barbizon USA going on my 3rd yr. Then far I've seen about aspects of the company. I've started off every bit a temporarily booker, and then worked hard as promotional model, as well every bit a registar assistant for the enrollment directors. And then condign a payed intern for two years and finally I am now an instructor. This task is very rewarding, I honey setting an case for the girls and showing them how to be confident, polite, and lady similar. It'southward very enjoyable to see how much growth they have had and knowing that you were behind it.

   Cons

   I wish the pay was college. Directors of education should be polite to the instructors and intern, but that'due south not e'er the case.
